University of Allahabad Announces PGAT 2026 Examination Schedule
The University of Allahabad has officially released the schedule for the Post Graduate Admission Test (PGAT) 2026 and Institute of Professional Studies (IPS) entrance examinations. According to the press release issued by the Directorate of Admissions on June 8, 2026, entrance examinations for various postgraduate programmes, including LL.B. (Hons.), LL.M., M.Com., IPS courses and PGAT programmes, will be conducted from June 15 to June 18, 2026.
The university has also announced that candidates will be able to download their admit cards from June 9, 2026.
Admit Cards Available from June 9
Candidates registered for PGAT 2026 and IPS entrance examinations can download their admit cards beginning June 9, 2026 through the official admission portal of the University of Allahabad.
Applicants are advised to carefully verify:

PGAT 2026 Examination Dates
The entrance examinations will be conducted in two shifts daily.

- Timing: 2:30 PM to 4:40 PM
Most examinations will be conducted in online mode, while selected programmes including LL.B., LL.M., PGAT-I and M.Com. will be conducted in Online/Offline mode.
