Participants will engage in rigorous rounds, including memorial drafting, researcher tests, and oral arguments.
📚 Theme and Moot Proposition
The 2026 edition is centered around the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (NDPS Act) within the context of a rapidly evolving digital healthcare ecosystem.
The proposition also covers:
- Admissibility of electronic evidence under Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023
- Privacy and digital surveillance issues under constitutional law
- Financial scrutiny under Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002
- AI-driven medical advisory systems under Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940

- Students pursuing 3-year LL.B. or 5-year integrated LL.B.
- Candidates from institutions recognized by the Bar Council of India (BCI)
