About the Assessment Internship
Elixir Legal is inviting applications for the position of Assessment Intern.
This internship is ideal for law students interested in building practical exposure in indirect taxation, commercial transactions, drafting, and tax litigation work.
Internship Duration
- Minimum 2 months
- Extendable based on performance
Eligibility Criteria
- Final year law students
- Penultimate year law students
(Students pursuing 3-year LL.B. or 5-year integrated LL.B. courses may apply.)
Roles and Responsibilities
Selected interns will:
- Assist in drafting replies to Show Cause Notices, Appeals, Departmental Correspondence, Writ Petitions, and Legal Opinions
- Conduct legal research and case law analysis
- Prepare brief notes and case summaries
- Attend departmental and court hearings wherever feasible
