About the Legal Internship
Tata Trusts has invited applications for a Legal Internship. This opportunity provides hands-on experience in legal documentation, legal research, and court-related assignments within an institutional framework.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must:
- Be pursuing a 3-year LL.B course OR a 5-year integrated LL.B course
- Have completed at least:
- 2nd semester of the 3-year LL.B course; OR
- 4th semester of the 5-year integrated LL.B course
Roles and Responsibilities
Selected interns will:
- Assist in vetting and reviewing legal documents
- Conduct research on case laws and applicable statutes
- Attend Courts and Tribunals, when required
- Prepare legal briefs for internal use
- Maintain and update daily and weekly legal trackers
Internship Details
- Duration: Minimum 2 months and Maximum 6 months
- Number of Seats: 2
- Location: Mumbai
- Stipend: Rs 30,000 per month
