IGNOU Opens Registration for December TEE 2025
Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has officially started the online registration process for the December Term End Examination (TEE) 2025. Candidates who wish to appear for the examination can now apply online through the official portal exam.ignou.ac.in.
The last date to apply without late fee is October 6, 2025, while candidates can apply with a late fee between October 7 and October 20, 2025.
IGNOU December TEE 2025 Exam Dates
According to the official schedule released by IGNOU, the December TEE 2025 examinations will begin on December 1, 2025, and will conclude on January 14, 2026. The detailed exam timetable will be made available on the official website.
How to Apply for IGNOU December TEE 2025
Students can complete the registration process online by following these steps:
- Visit the official IGNOU website – exam.ignou.ac.in
- Click on the “Registration Link for December TEE 2025” on the homepage.
- A new page will open – select “Fill Application Form”.
- Enter the required details and fill out the application form.
- Pay the application fee online.
- Submit the form and download the confirmation page for future reference.
ABC ID Mandatory for Students
As per IGNOU’s official notice, students must create an Academic Bank of Credit (ABC) ID before submitting their TEE application form. Without ABC ID, the grades and marks will not reflect on DigiLocker/ABC and may cause delays in result declaration. The Government of India has made it mandatory for all students to have an ABC ID.
IGNOU December TEE 2025 Application Fees
IGNOU has introduced separate fees for theory, project evaluation, and practical examinations. The fee structure is as follows:
- Theory/Practical (per course): ₹200
- Late Fee (after October 6, 2025): ₹1100
- Practical Exam Fee (up to 4 credits): ₹300 per course
- Practical Exam Fee (5 credits and above): ₹500 per course
Students admitted in January 2023 session and onwards must also pay project evaluation and practical examination fees along with the TEE fee through the online portal.
