As part of the Hindi Fortnight (हिंदी पखवाड़ा) celebrations, the University Grants Commission (UGC) Headquarters, New Delhi, organized a “Report Writing and Drafting Competition” (टिप्पण एवं प्रारूपण प्रतियोगिता).
