BHU UG Admission 2025: Round 1 Seat Allocation & Schedule Released
Varanasi, August 8, 2025 – Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has officially released the Round 1 Seat Allocation list for UG Admission 2025 under the CUET-based admission process. The Central Admission Committee (CAC-BHU) has published the complete schedule for fee payment, seat freezing, and upgrade options.

As per the official notification:
- Seat Allocation (Live on Samarth Dashboard) – August 8, 2025 at 8:00 PM
- Last Date for Online Fee Payment – August 11, 2025 at 11:59 PM

Important Instructions for Candidates
- Candidates must check their program allotment carefully on the Samarth Admission Dashboard.
- Before making payment, ensure that all eligibility criteria for the allotted program are met.
- The admission fee must be paid online within the deadline to confirm the seat.
- Failure to pay the fee within the deadline will result in cancellation of the allotted seat. Such candidates will not be considered for further allotment rounds in the same program, although they may be eligible for other applied programs as per rules.
Seat Freeze & Upgrade Option
- After payment, candidates can choose either FREEZE or UPGRADE option.
- If UPGRADE is selected, candidates must pay the difference in fee for the upgraded seat.
- If no upgrade occurs, the candidate will retain the current allotted seat.
