NTA Releases CUET UG 2026 Provisional Answer Key
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the Provisional Answer Key, Question Papers, and Recorded Responses for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG) 2026. Candidates who appeared in the examination can now access these documents through the official CUET website and raise objections, if any, against the provisional answer key.
The answer key challenge facility has been activated for candidates who appeared in CUET (UG) 2026 conducted from May 11 to May 31 and June 6–7, 2026.
Over 15.68 Lakh Candidates Appeared
According to the official notice, CUET UG 2026 was conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode across India and abroad for a total of 15,68,867 registered candidates.
The examination serves as a common entrance test for admission to undergraduate programmes offered by Central Universities and several participating State, Deemed, and Private Universities.

The claims will be saved only after successful payment.

Expert Committee to Review Challenges
NTA has informed candidates that all objections received will be examined by a panel of subject experts.
If any challenge is found to be valid:
- The provisional answer key will be revised.
- The revised answer will apply to all candidates.
- The final answer key will be prepared accordingly.
The decision taken by the expert committee shall be final.
Individual Candidates Will Not Be Informed
The agency has clarified that candidates will not receive separate communication regarding the acceptance or rejection of their objections.
