NEET UG 2026 Re-Examination Announced: NTA to Conduct Exam on June 21, City Change Window Open
The National Testing Agency has officially announced the re-examination schedule for NEET UG 2026 through a public notice issued on 15 May 2026. The re-examination for admission to undergraduate medical courses across India will now be conducted on 21 June 2026 (Sunday).
According to the official notification, the examination will be conducted in offline Pen and Paper mode across multiple cities in India and abroad.

Candidates who wish to change their preferred examination city due to change in present address can now update their details through the official website.
City Correction Window Dates
- Start Date: 15 May 2026
- Last Date: 21 May 2026 (Till 11:50 PM)
Candidates can update:
- Present Address
- First Choice Exam City
- Second Choice Exam City
No fee will be charged for this correction facility.
Students who do not make any changes during this period will retain their previously selected examination city.
Important Note Regarding Corrections
NTA has clarified that:
- Only present address and city preference can be modified.
- No other correction in application particulars will be allowed.

The authority stated that:
- City Intimation Slip release date will be announced later.
- Admit Card download schedule will also be notified separately on the official website.
