BHU CUET UG Admission 2025: Round 2 Seat Allotment Announced, Fee Payment Deadline on 14 August
Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has released the Round 2 seat allotment for CUET UG Admission 2025. The allotment details are now live on the candidates’ Samarth Dashboard. Students must complete the admission fee payment process before the deadline of 14 August 2025, 11:59 PM, to secure their seats.

Round 2 Allotment Schedule
According to the official notification dated 12 August 2025, the following schedule will be followed for Round 2 admissions:
- Seat Allocation (Live on Samarth Dashboard): 12 August 2025 (5:00 PM)
- Fee Payment Deadline: 14 August 2025 (11:59 PM)
Important Instructions for Candidates
- Eligibility Check Before Payment: Candidates must verify that they meet all eligibility criteria before paying the admission fee.
- Mandatory Fee Payment: Payment of the admission fee is compulsory to confirm the allotted seat.
- Cancellation for Non-Payment: If the fee is not paid by the deadline, the seat will be cancelled and the candidate will not be considered for further allotment rounds.
Upgrade and Freeze Options
Candidates allotted a seat in Round 2 have the option to either Freeze or Upgrade their seat after making the payment:
- Upgradation from Previous Round:
- If the upgraded program has the same or lower fee, the amount will be adjusted.
- If the upgraded program has a higher fee, the candidate must pay the difference.
- No action will result in cancellation of candidature.
- No Upgradation: The candidate will retain their current seat.
