Varanasi, August 18, 2025 – Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has released a revised schedule for Undergraduate (UG) Admission and Reporting 2025, as announced by the Central Admission Committee (CAC-BHU). The updated dates include reporting for different quota categories, spot registration, and commencement of classes.
Revised Admission and Reporting Dates
According to the official notice, the updated schedule is as follows:

Reporting Call Letter Issue (on Student Portal): August 26, 2025 onwards

Reporting at Respective Faculties/Colleges:
- General (UR) Quota Allotted Candidates: August 28, 2025
- EWS, PwBD & Ward Category Allotted Candidates: August 29, 2025
- OBC Quota Allotted Candidates: August 30, 2025
- SC & ST Quota Allotted Candidates: September 01, 2025

Required Documents for Reporting
At the time of reporting, candidates must produce original documents along with one photocopy set and six passport-size photographs. The required documents include:
- Admission Letter (downloaded from the portal)
- BHU Registration Form (with preference order)
- CUET NTA Application Form and Admit Card
- CUET NTA Score Card
- High School & Intermediate Mark Sheets and Certificates
- Valid Category Certificate (OBC-NCL/EWS/SC/ST/PwBD/Ward – as applicable)
- Transfer, Migration & Character Certificates (Original)
- Anti-Ragging Undertaking by student & parents/guardians
- Filled Residence/Dossier Form (in triplicate, available at bhu.ac.in)
- Six passport-size photographs
Important Clarifications

Category Certificate Validity:
- EWS Certificates must be issued on or after April 01, 2024.
- OBC Certificates must be issued on or after January 01, 2025.
- Invalid/expired certificates will lead to cancellation of candidature.

PwBD Candidates: To be examined by a Medical Board constituted by BHU; the Board’s decision will be final.

Pending Intermediate Certificate: Candidates unable to submit the Intermediate Marksheet/Certificate at the time of reporting may be allowed an extension, but not beyond October 31, 2025.
