University of Allahabad Releases 5th Cut-Off for B.Sc. Biology Admission 2025-26
Prayagraj, August 14, 2025 – The University of Allahabad has officially announced the 5th merit list and cut-off marks for admission to the Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Biology program for the academic session 2025–26. The admission process is being conducted through the CUET-UG 2025 scores, and the university has released detailed guidelines for seat allotment, counselling, and fee submission.
Seat Allotment and Counselling Process
The seat allotment and counselling are being conducted exclusively for candidates who registered under CUET-UG 2025. The computation of merit has been based on:
- One Language Subject (Hindi/English)
- One Domain Subject (Accountancy/Book Keeping, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science, Biology / Biological Studies / Biotechnology, Environmental Studies / Environmental Science)
- General Aptitude Test
Candidates who did not appear in any of the required tests have been awarded zero marks for that subject. Based on the computed marks, seats are allotted during online counselling.
Admission Confirmation
- If a candidate is allotted a seat, they must submit the admission fee within the prescribed timeframe.
- Admission is granted only on the basis of computed CUET-UG 2025 scores and subject/domain-specific requirements.
- Availability of seats will also determine the final confirmation of admission.

- Candidates allotted seats must deposit the admission fee within the fee deposit window to confirm their admission.
- Failure to deposit the fee within the deadline will result in cancellation of the allotted seat.
