University of Allahabad Releases 5th Merit List for B.Sc. Biology Admission 2025-26; Fee Submission Deadline August 18
Prayagraj, August 14, 2025 — The University of Allahabad has published the 5th merit list for admission to the Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Biology programme for the academic session 2025-26. The admission process is being conducted through the Combined Undergraduate Entrance Test (CUET-UG-2025) for registered candidates only.
Merit Calculation Process
The merit list has been prepared based on CUET-UG-2025 scores from:
- Language: Hindi or English
- One Domain Subject: Accountancy/Book Keeping, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science, Biology/Biological Studies/Biotechnology, Environmental Studies/Environmental Science
- General Aptitude Test
Candidates who did not appear in any of the above-mentioned tests have been awarded zero (0) marks for that component.
Seat Allotment and Counselling
- Allotment of seats is based on computed CUET-UG-2025 marks as per programme-specific requirements and seat availability.
- Candidates allotted a seat must deposit the admission fee within the specified time frame to confirm admission.
- Delay or failure to pay the fee within the window will result in cancellation of the allotted seat.
